BlueBean Hosts RFID Seminar

RFID technology company BlueBean, will be presenting a seminar about the uses and benefits of RFID technology on November 16 to area employers as part of The Center of Workforce Innovations’ RFID training program.

The seminar will be held at Ivy Tech Community College in Valparaiso on November 16. Participants can choose between two different times, 9-11 a.m. or 1-3 p.m. Participants will be charged a nominal $25 fee for time and materials.

The seminar will answer the following questions:

1. What is RFID technology?

2. How is RFID used in the various industries?

3. What are the benefits of implementing RFID solutions?

4. How can RFID be used in tracking and managing inventory?

5. How can my company use RFID to provide secure yard access for trucks and trailers?
