Requests for Homeland Security biometric checks
Paul McHale, assistant secretary of defense for the Homeland Security agency, spoke at a conference called “Biometric Technology for Homeland Security: What’s the Art of the Possible?”.
McHale is a firm believer that biometrics can do something more for the safety of the US than what we just have now. The technology should be used to screen the crew of cargo ships and employees of plants that build weapons for use by the military.
