Academia RFID introduces retail courses

Courseware and training seminar developer Academia RFID has launched a new series of industry-specific courses focusing on the use of RFID applications in the retail sector.

The new course line, RFID Retail, is a response to the training issues raised with the increasing use of RFID technology by retailers and marketers. The two-day presentation of courses is offered either at Academia RFID’s Montreal center or on site at customer’s locations. The range of material covered in the courses includes information on RFID-enabled inventory management and customer service, case studies of successful RFID applications and tutorials on how to build business cases and calculate return on investment.

Academia RFID is a training, research and development and consulting center staffed by a team of researchers and accredited RFID instructors in the fields of industrial engineering, operations management, supply chain management, transport & logistics, e-commerce and industrial marketing.
