IntelliTrack announces upgrades to asset management software

IntelliTrack has released an upgrade to its line of software applications with the announcement of IntelliTrack Fixed Assets Software.

Fixed Assets Software enables asset managers to perform regular physical inventories using a Windows CE/Mobile handheld computer. With RFID capability, personnel can quickly scan all asset tags in a given area. After inventory is performed reports can be run from IntelliTrack Fixed Assets software to determine if all assets have been accounted for.

Additional highlights include import/export capabilities, user-definable fields, and support for the printing of asset tags. IntelliTrack added user-definable fields for tracking other additional information for the assets managed, such as asset number, model, status, manufacturer, serial number, location and other information.

The IntelliTrack solution accommodates to hospitals, government agencies and large companies that require regular asset audits. Managing assets or capitol equipment effectively is the key to loss prevention. [end]
