CEITEC unveils RFID chip for multiple logistics applications

CEITEC S.A. announced the final development of its integrated circuit for supply chain and manufacturing tracking: the CTC13000.

The CTC13000 offers a versatile, passive RFID chip the supports multiple logistic applications for asset tracking, from prototyping to final assembly, as well as inventory control and post-production. It can also be applied in end user applications such as airline baggage, grocery and medical assets.

The chip features Class1 Gen2 compliance and operates in the world RFID ultra-high frequency band 860 - 960 MHz. It also features 1 kb of internal memory with a 10-year retention life. CEITEC unveils RFID chip for multiple logistics applications [end] 

Gaming Partners International announced that it has received three orders to supply casino chips and plaques totaling just under $4.7 million.

The company will produce approximately 700,000 custom Bourgogne et Grasset (B&G) premium casino chips for Venetian Macau Limited’s Sands Macau and Sands Cotai properties. GPI will also produce over 80,000 B&G RFID plaques to Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. (SJM)’s Grand Lisboa property.
