WellSpan Health, located in south-central Pennsylvania, is using an integrated real-time location solution from the team of AeroScout and Four Rivers Software System at its York Hospital.
The combined solution pairs Four River’s Total Maintenance System to manage inventories and track and distribute the associated maintenance activities, with AeroScout’s Wi-Fi RFID asset management solution for tracking the real-time location, status and condition of medical equipment.
With this joint solution, WellSpan is able to better manage inventory, which improves asset utilization and streamlines equipment maintenance and recalls, and also leads to enhanced patient satisfaction and care.
