DAILY RFID has unveiled a new RFID portable scanner, the DL730. Designed to meet the requirements for industrial markets, the RFID handheld adapts and works in applications such as asset tracking, supply chain and access control, to name a few.

The portable RFID scanner operates in 13.56 MHz and scans tags within a minimum reading range of two centimeters and a maximum up to 10 centimeters. It is able to read tagged objects almost anywhere with its combination of Wi-Fi and GPRS capabilities.


Complying with the ISO15693 or ISO14443A/B protocol tags, the high frequency RFID scanner is IP64 rated to resist against shake and water. It also comes equipped with additional features including USB interface, TF slot and free SDK provided.

In addition, the removable and rechargeable 4400 mAh battery allows the RFID reader to last long for extended durations or long term operation. The handheld RFID device DL730 is an ideal solution for the tracking of inventory, warehouse, logistics and other industrial fields. [end] 

Portable Technology Solutions (PTS) announced the availability of its front end data collection tool, ClearStream RFID, designed for real-time inventory and asset tracking.

Complementing the release, Eplica Services in San Diego, Ca. said it will use ClearStream RFID for security tracking and attendance for thousands of workers entering and exiting remote construction work sites throughout North America.
