TJS debuts ZeroShrink Classic Edition, RFID software for jewelry tracking

TJS, a provider of RFID tracking software for jewelry, has debuted the ZeroShrink Classic Edition. The ZeroShrink RFID tracking software comes delivered on the TJS InSite Inventory Tracking Appliance, and integrates with popular POS applications, including those offered by BCI, DCIT, InCom, QuickBooks and SWIM.

The product enables scanning hundreds of items in seconds and is designed to integrate with any inventory management software. It is capable of managing and communicating the new wealth of inventory data that RFID brings to POS applications, providing show-to-sale ratios, accurate inventory and on-demand reconciliation. [end] 

Portable Technology Solutions (PTS) announced the availability of its front end data collection tool, ClearStream RFID, designed for real-time inventory and asset tracking.

Complementing the release, Eplica Services in San Diego, Ca. said it will use ClearStream RFID for security tracking and attendance for thousands of workers entering and exiting remote construction work sites throughout North America.

GAO RFID Asset Tracking announced an ultra-high frequency Gen 2 RFID reader with 4-port read and 4-port listen.

This RFID reader, operating at the frequency range of 902 to 928 MHz, reads Gen 2 compatible transponders at a maximum distance of up to 7 meters or more. It also offers communication interfaces including Ethernet TCP/ IP, DHCP and HTTPS for data exchange.
