iDTRONIC presents new Wristband Wrist - Fit

Tuesday, November 23, 2010

iDTRONIC introduced its new Wristband Wrist – Fit combining RFID technology with color combinations and a practical ABS material housing.

Roughly the size of a wristwatch, the Wristband Wrist – Fit is available in common low-frequency and high-frequency including Mifare and LEGIC. The wristband is waterproof and sealed with an enhanced PVC inlay and is available in a variety of colors, and offset printing and laser engraving are also possible.

New to the Wristband Wrist - Fit is the new ABS Housing with PVC Inlay. The imprint is attached under the transparent PVC inlay protecting the logo for scratch, abrasion and general extraneous cause.

The Wrist - Fit is ideal to wear for health clubs and leisure areas, giving the possibility of printing with customer design or logo. The printing of a serial number is possible as well. [end]

Skycore LLC has teamed up with Baltimore-based ticketing service provider MissionTix to pilot its new “codeREADr” Android app for validating NFC-enabled access credentials.

MissionTix will offer their venue clients reusable, rechargeable NFC wristbands that can be used to attend multiple ticketed events. Venue staff can read these wristbands by simply tapping them with an NFC-enabled Android 4.0 device equipped with Skycore’s codeREADr app. The app validates the data embedded in the wristband in real-time against an on-device or online database of authorized values, typically managed by a ticketing company or other service provider on behalf of the venue or merchant.
