IBM, Mojix teams to expand offerings to Japanese market

IBM and Mojix announced a distribution agreement and the launch of the Mojix STAR system in Japan.

Under the arrangement IBM will provide system integration services and customer support for Mojix product offerings in the Japanese market. IBM Japan will distribute the Mojix STAR system both directly to its customers as well as through qualified IBM resellers in Japan.


The Mojix STAR system enables organizations to deploy an EPC/ETSI/ISO standards based system to address supply chain management and real-time location and asset tracking needs.

The Mojix STAR system is certified for IBM’s Ready for IBM WebSphere Sensor Events, and when combined enable the deployment of end-to-end RFID solutions for access to business information in supply chains, manage inventory, and keep track of valuable assets in real time. [end]
