NPDT enters sales agreement with Summit Government Group

Newport Digital Technologies, Inc. and Summit Government Group have entered into an agreement to promote sales of the N37B rugged mobile computing device.

NPDT’s N37B rugged mobile computer is a device, certified by AT&T, for industrial applications such as inventory management, asset tracking, health care, law enforcement, field service/sales applications, and meter reading. In addition, the N37B is built to military standards, MIL-STD-461F and MIL-STD-810F, making it an ideal solution for government and military applications as well.

NPDT is also part of Summit Government Group’s Channel Select program, which offers clients both GSA Schedule Agent and Teaming level participation, helping Newport Digital to properly position its products and increase its visibility in the government marketplace. [end] 

EarthSearch Communications has entered into a partnership agreement with Cynox, the Nigerian technology solutions provider, to monitor fuel levels in oil tankers.

In Nigeria, the cancellation of government oil subsidies has lead to increasing concerns over oil theft. EarthSearch’s integrated RFID and GPS product, together with level sensor technology will be used to monitor sudden drops in fuel level to detect the unauthorized siphoning of oil from the top of tanker.
