Phoenix Health Care Management Services/VHA Georgia has awarded a contract to WaveMark for its clinical inventory management solution.
WaveMark Inc., a provider of real-time inventory management solutions for high value medical products, will use its WaveMark CIMS to assist hospital members and hospital networks to manage high value, specialty inventory to improve patient care, clinical workflow and financial outcomes.
WaveMark CIMS uses RFID cabinets and Point of Service readers to collect information that enable real-time inventory management, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of information captured. The streamlined workflow enables clinicians to spend more time on patient care and less time manually tracking inventory and product usage.
WaveMark’s solutions have already been successfully deployed in hospital specialty departments across the country.
