Linen Technology Tracking has announced an addition to their line of linen products complete with RFID Linentracker smart tags.
The tags would enable hotels and businesses alike to monitor things such as wash counts, inventory management, and a potential for enhancing guest experience.
Linen Technology Tracking is currently working with mills to produce linens that can withstand the rigorous hotel environments, and also to embed RFID tags at the factory level, so that products are ready for immediate use upon shipment.
Pre-trial tests have been conducted using Linen Technology’s Linentracker tags, and results have proved successful up to 200 cycles with read ranges from eight to 10 feet. ![[end]](/resources/bullet/rfidnews-4.gif)
