Axiell, technology and business solutions provider for UK public libraries and archives announced a new partnership with Bibliotheca RFID Library Systems.

The two made their announcement at this year’s fifth annual RFID in Libraries Conference, held in London. The new partnership will expand the services and products provided to meet the needs of UK’s libraries, from library management systems to managed services, EDI, single search and wireless access control.

The newly formed partnership will also give UK libraries access to the full range of Bibliotheca capabilities - including variable height kiosk and the tunnel readers for bulk returns. This combined with Axiell’s distribution and support infrastructure look to be a beneficial feature to UK’s public libraries and archives.
