NephSystem has announced the release of iNephStar, a bar code/RFID PDA with a built-in thermal printer. The iNephStar runs on Microsoft Windows CE operating system and is suitable for use in fields of communication technologies, public transportation and logistics.

The PDA also features built-in WiFi 802.11 b/g capability, bluetooth, 125KHz LF or 13.56MHz UHF RFID reader, 400MHz processor with 64 MB SDRAM and 128MB flash ROM, on-board keypad and built-in Mini SD slot.
