Voyantic launches new tools for RFID tag measurements

Voyantic, a global provider of RFID measurement solutions, has launched a new compact measurement cabinet and new software for measuring and testing UHF RFID tags.

The shielded and anechoic measurement cabinet is much smaller than the traditional anechoic chambers currently used for measuring UHF tags and is designed for easy integration into office and laboratory environments , according to Voyantic.

The cabinet works with Tagformance measurement system and includes a rotation system for measuring tags and tagged items from different directions.

Voyantic’s new software tools extend the Tagformance system into tag radiation pattern measurements and link budget estimation. The software update is now available for Tagformance maintenance customers and for newly delivered Tagformance measurement systems. [end]
