iDTRONIC releases two new bluetooth readers

iDTRONIC has announced the release of two new mobile bluetooth readers: I-Collect LF and I-Collect HF for multi-tag transponder reading and writing.

The LF version of the I-Collect supports EM 4102, 4105, 4550, NXP Hitag 1/2/S FDXB transponders. The HF model is able to read ISO 14443 & ISO 15693 transponders including the Mifare family & NXP I-code. Both readers feature USB 2.0 interfaces which allow them to be connected to a PC.


The I-Collect readers can be added on to any Bluetooth device such as PC, PDA or Smart Phone. The tag IDs can be easily transmitted via Bluetooth to a nearby PDA.

The user interface consists of three buttons, buzzer and LCD screen and is fully programmable. The readers also include rechargeable Lithium Polymer batteries that can survive up to 16,000 tag reads. [end]
