The store deploys RFID solutions in several areas. RFID tags are attached to NP collection clothing during the manufacturing process, enabling real time tracking of goods throughout the supply chain for improved inventory, logistics, and even store display planning. Wall-mounted touch screens in changing rooms recognize the tags, and create the ability for customers to browse additional product information, view suggestions for other items, and have alternative products or sizes brought straight to the changing room. RFID systems are also used in the check-out process and in anti-theft functions.

NP Collection received the Golden Tag Award, which goes to the organization which commissioned the noteworthy project. UPM Raflatac received the Minitag award, given to the winning project’s RFID consultant.
