Thursday, June 11, 2009

A new study released by industry market research firm ABI Research ranks Xterprise as the top software company in the RFID application marketplace. The study, called the RFID Line of Business Application Software Vendor Matrix, focused on evaluating a small group of leading, highly-specialized vendors offering software solutions targeting a range of applications for asset and item management.

The study recognized the successful marketing of Xterprise’s Clarity Suite of RFID solutions. According to a statement from Michael Liard, ABI’s director of research, the Clarity Suite now leads the market category, based on its offering of features, global installed customer base and overall breadth of vertical and applications served.

“Xterprise has emerged as the top LOB application software company in the growing and increasingly competitive RFID segment,” says Liard.

The vendors examined in the study were selected based on ABI Research interviews with industry participants including hardware vendors, integrators and end users. [end]
