GAO goes around in circles with new antenna

Wednesday, May 6, 2009 in News

Canada’s GAO RFID Inc. has launched a new portable UHF RFID antenna. The new antenna is designed for any applications which require circular polarization for transponder reading or excitation.

The new antenna, GAO product number GAO 326001 operates in the 902 to 928 MHz band. It is compatible with most GAO readers which use the same frequency range.

The antenna is also encapsulated within glass-fiber reinforced plastic, making it waterproof and acid-resistant. [end]
