Thursday, January 8, 2009

A partnership of several major players in China’s RFID market will host the “China International RFID Technologies and Applications Show” in June. The show will feature more than 100 exhibitors from around the world, representing the RFID industry from manufacturers to end users, spread out over 5,000 square meters of exhibition space in the Shenzen Convention and Exhibition Center.

The convention will be hosted by RFID World China, an organization run by U-Link Media, along with GD-HK RFID Alliance, GS1 Hong Kong and EPCglobal Hong Kong. The event is also being supported by the Chinese government.

The show, billed as China’s first RFID application showcase, will run June 24-26, 2009, in conjunction with a more established tech show, the “International Control & Automation EXPO for South China.” [end]
