SAVR starts company, becomes its subsidiary
SAVR Communications, a Texas-based firm specializing in RFID-enabled asset tracking solutions, has announced the creation of a new company. It has also announced the sale of itself to this new company.
The new company, OnAsset Intelligence, will focus on machine-to-machine monitoring. As the subsidiary of OnAsset Intelligence, SAVR will continue business as usual, operating as the RFID branch of the company.
A spokesman for SAVR says the restructuring and rebranding of the company is intended to call attention to a successful product line created by SAVR, the OnAsset Platform solution.
