Tuesday, December 2, 2008

EarthSearch Communications International, a provider of wireless tracking and navigation solutions, has joined Motorola’s PartnerSelect program. As a result of the partnership, EarthSearch will integrate Motorola’s RFID technology into the company’s GPS systems.

Earlier in 2008, EarthSearch launched its AutoSearchRFID solution, integrating RFID and GPS technology at the hardware level and eliminating the need for system integrators. The device is enabled to communicate directly with RFID readers, collecting and sending tracking information to customers on an integrated platform, which in turn enables the analyzing of customers’ data in real-time.

The company expects the new EarthSearch GPS and Motorola RFID solution to be ready by the end of the year. [end]
