Sirit forms exclusive partnership with MIKOH

Sirit Inc. has announced a worldwide partnership with MIKOH Corporation. The deal involves the use of MIKOH’s Smart&Secure tamper-indication technology in Sirit’s passive RFID automatic vehicle identification (AVI) solutions.

The three-year agreement, with two additional three-year options, licenses Sirit exclusively to promote and sell MIKOH’s patented Smart&Secure technology worldwide in passive AVI systems for physically secure vehicle tags. MIKOH will receive a sliding-scale royalty based on volume of sales. Sirit has also formed a partnership with 3M to produce the AVI solutions. [end] 

AOptix Technologies announced that SITA, a specialist in air transport communications and information technology, has joined the AOptix Value Added Reseller program.

Under the partnership, SITA, who has customers in more than 200 countries which includes 300 airport locations, would be able to offer its customers AOptix solutions. These offerings include the InSight iris and face recognition product as an automated solution for airports to quickly and securely identify passengers at security checkpoints with documents such as biometric-enabled passports.
