Franwell, RFID Global Solutions join forces
Two RFID solutions providers, Franwell and RFID Global Solutions Inc., have announced a strategic alliance to develop new solutions targeted at Fortune 100 companies. The solutions will combine the two companies’ expertise in the cold chain management, fresh foods, consumer product goods, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, life sciences and government sectors.
RFID Global Solution (RFIDGS) develops complete system solutions that utilize both active and passive RFID, as well as GPS, cellular and camera-based technologies for both government and commercial users. The company’s product family includes the RFID SmartTable, the SmartCart, and the SmartFreeze Insert.
Franwell specializes in the research, development, and implementation of RFID technology for supply chain operations, with a focus in environmentally sensitive products including fresh foods and pharmaceuticals.
