Spartanics launches RFID screen printing process
Spartanics, in collaboration with Systec, has announced the availability its new Spartanics-Systec Fineprint Cylinder Screen Printing Line, a cylinder-configured screen printing system. The system is equipped to produce RFID labels among other other high-quality label applications.
The new units can produce pre-printed material from any printing process, such as flexo or digital, and has automatic compensation for screen stretch or shrink, enabling multiple print passes. They can handle ultra-thin substrates as thin as 12 microns. The printing line’s electronic control system can also store up to 2,500 job parameters, allowing easy set up for repeat jobs.
Diverse other uses for Spartanic’s new printing line include flexible circuitry and luminescent panels for medical and automotive products, lightweight aircraft cabin interior panels, flexible solar panels and textile transfers. ![[end]](/resources/bullet/rfidnews-4.gif)
