Tagsys Names New CEO Bill Stuek

Tagsys USA Inc. has named Bill Stuek as its CEO, effective immediately, to replace Elie Simon (whom officials say is leaving the RFID systems maker to pursue other interests), Bizjournals reports.

Stuek will serve as both chairman and CEO of Cambridge-based Tagsys, which makes RFID reader systems and tags. Originally founded in France in 2001, Tagsys moved its North American headquarters from Pennsylvania to Cambridge in May 2006. [end]
