Nilorn Group Streamlines Shopping with RFID

With goods such as underwear, shirts, and sweaters sometimes flying off the racks, label-maker Nilorn Group saw a big opportunity in RFID.

Thus, the Swedish group has developed what it calls “an innovation in RFID technology” in collaboration with Craft of Scandinavia.

The solution, self-inventory shop rack, is intended for brands who sell within many different stores. Since the goods are always on display in the store, no shopping opportunities are lost, the company claims. The results, according to reports, are higher sales turnover and increased profitability. [end]
