Avery Dennison-RedPrairie "Solution" Picked Up

Avery Dennison, Printer Systems Division, supplier of Monarch products and services, and RedPrairie Corporation, a world leading consumer driven optimization company, recently announced a partnership providing total RFID solutions.

A leading pharmaceutical supplier has chosen the Avery Dennison and RedPrairie RFID solution for visibility and inventory management of its extensive pharmaceutical line.

The solution consists of Avery Dennison’s industry-leading Monarch 9855 RFID printer/encoder and RFID supplies combined with RedPrairie’s world-class enterprise software.

According to a press release issued last week, the “recent RedPrairie and Avery Dennison partnership helps ensure that RedPrairie’s customers have reliable RFID printing/encoding capabilities with Monarch® brand printers already pre-integrated into RedPrairie software solutions.” [end] 

Avery Dennison RFID has unveiled its new N-Zone line of NFC inlays for use in smart posters, mobile devices and product labels.

According to Maggie Bidlingmaier, global director of sales and marketing at Avery Dennison, the inlays will help transform ordinary product labels and store environments into powerful media for branding and new customer experiences.
